Digital Streaming Service Platform

MOVITV is a platform that works as a complement to the current Cable TV service for CASAVISION customers who have contracted the Internet service with the company. The access and use of the MOVITV APP will have no additional cost for our customers. MOVITV content will only be available to our customers within our network.

The content of the MOVITV platform will only be available through the customer's Home Internet Access plan through its current fiber optic Internet service. The customer will be able to access the content at home through multiple platforms, being able to register in two (2) devices; and, to use MOVITV simultaneously in one (1) device.

MOVITV is exempt from liability for programming content, modification of signals, interruptions, defects or failures in the quality of the same. MOVITV may modify the television channels included in the application; to such effect, the changes will be informed by means of an official communication to the e-mail address used by the client at the moment of the installation of the service and will also be published in MOVITV's web page. The client acknowledges that MOVITV's application is susceptible to failures and interruptions; therefore, the application may be inoperative for certain periods of time; In the event of such events, CASAVISION undertakes to normalize the service of its platform in the shortest possible time, without implying any responsibility for MOVITV.

Access to the MOVITV application will be through a username and password that will be provided by the client at the time of installation of the cable TV service at its domicile; in case of forgetting them, the client may request them through e-mail or through our call center after verifying its data. The customer may change this password at any time. The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password. The customer is responsible for the use of his account, including unauthorized use by third parties. The Customer shall report to MOVITV in case of disclosure of unauthorized use of his account.

The MOVITV application will be accessible through the following devices. IOS mobile 10.0 or higher. Android mobile/tablets 4.1 or higher. Web browser (Firefox - Chrome - Opera - Edge, Safari), All versions with current support. Decoders duly authorized and installed at the customer's home by MOVITV.

Content Protection: The contents of the MOVITV application are protected by copyright of their respective owners. Customer may not, by any means, remove, alter, circumvent or interfere with any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices embedded in the content it accesses. The customer is prohibited from appropriating content, streaming or retransmitting it, by any means or application.

Personal Data: The customer expressly authorizes MOVITV to use and process personal data and to use the MOVITV platform. The customer, in accordance with the Law, may request the updating of information, rectification, deletion and opposition of its data record.

For the access and use of the MOVITV application, the client must accept the Conditions that have been referred to above; likewise, the subsequent modifications of the Conditions of Use will be of obligatory application from the date of their publication.
